AITJE Custom — Bespoke AI
Whether you want to automate a task, build your own app or take your existing AI to the next level, we’ll help you choose, build and use it. Locally, on a server or with external AI: your situation determines the approach.
Fixed hourly rate
AITJE Custom is your single point of contact for all your questions and ideas regarding AI. From a workflow in n8n or Zapier to a bespoke application for mobile, desktop or tablet, an AI agent, 3D visualisation or VR experience. We integrate models, software and systems to create a solution that suits your work.
You don’t need to have a technical plan or a suitable server. Just tell us which task is time-consuming, what you want to build, or where your current solution is falling short. We’ll help you get to grips with it, explore the best approach for your situation, and guide you through the build, testing and deployment phases. We take data, costs and independence into account right from the start.
What would you like to make easier?
You don’t need to choose a tool, model or server just yet. Tell us what you want to achieve, what’s currently taking up a lot of your time or where you’re getting stuck. Together, we’ll work out what’s right for you.
Processing emails, preparing quotations, transferring data or setting up a work order. We build a workflow that links the steps and seeks your approval where necessary.
A small application for a mobile phone, desktop or tablet. Converting a photo or a spoken question into an action, a handy internal tool or a dashboard that your team can use straight away.
An assistant that searches through your documents, summarises meetings or prepares tasks. With the right knowledge, access rights and links to the systems you already use.
Interactive product models, visual insights into your data, a digital avatar or a VR experience for explanation and training. We explore how AI can make the experience more useful.
Connect your website, email, CRM, ERP or files. Using n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs or custom code, we build the missing link between your systems.
Your prototype is growing, debugging is taking time, or your token bill is mounting up. We’re here to help: reviewing code and workflows, improving the setup and getting the next step up and running.
We’ll help you find your way around, choose a feasible first step and set out the hours and costs clearly in advance.
Your situation determines the approach
The best solution starts with your work, data and budget. AITJE finds the right combination of models, software and infrastructure and can set up the necessary environment for you.
You don’t need to know this yourself just yet.
Computer or local network
The local AI processes run on a suitable computer or within your own network. We select the capacity you require and configure models, access and management.
For example, an Mac mini, BOSGAME, Dell AI server or NVIDIA DGX Spark. The task and the model determine which configuration is suitable.
These are examples of what is possible. We’ll choose what suits your application and can also utilise your existing tools and environment.
Connect your existing tools and streamline recurring tasks.
A suitable combination of external AI, open models and your own expertise.
From a compact local system to your own server or rented capacity.
Working smarter with AI
Automation should make your work easier. That’s why we also look at what you share, what you pay and how you’ll be able to use the solution yourself in future.
We take data location, access rights, minimal data sharing and human oversight into account in the design.
We compare model usage, subscriptions and infrastructure. Code handles the routine tasks; AI is assigned the tasks where it adds value.
Comprehensible setup, documentation and handover. You know what you’re using and can make an informed choice about how to proceed.
A single, comprehensive process
The phases build on one another. You’ll see what’s working as you go along and have a say in decisions, adjustments and the next step.
Start with the task that is taking up your time or the idea you want to develop. We’ll explore opportunities, data, existing tools and a feasible first step.
A workable planCompare models, automation tools and infrastructure: locally, on a server, via external AI or a combination of these. Functionality, data, costs and management determine the choice.
A suitable architectureWe build the workflow, app, agent or visual experience and connect it to your systems. We set up knowledge, instructions, access and appropriate controls.
A working versionTesting functionality using real-world tasks and error scenarios, and improving the workflow, model selection, speed and costs where necessary.
A tested solutionSet up the solution for day-to-day use and put it live in a controlled manner, after which AITJE will process the agreed feedback and retest any adjustments.
Feedback incorporatedTogether, we will check that everything is working as agreed and hand over the final product, complete with access details, documentation and instructions on how to get started.
Ready to useUsers try out the application, AITJE processes the agreed feedback and carries out further testing. In this way, you work towards the final product that you have jointly defined.
Scope, hours and budget
as agreed in advance
Where an idea is new or uncertain, a prototype can first demonstrate how it works. This is followed by the development of the agreed end product.
What you get
You agree in advance on the features and controls required. The delivery brings all the components together to form your fully functional application.
The agreed client-specific solution becomes your property. AITJE will transfer the associated code, configuration and documentation; existing products and third-party components retain their own terms of use.
Hourly rate & project budget
Fixed hourly rate
Start with a defined €300(–€600, excl. VAT) to assess requirements, feasibility and approach. We will then provide a quote for development, testing and delivery on a phase-by-phase basis. Additional work will commence once you have given your approval. Hardware, hosting, licences and external model costs are charged separately.

Case studies
From searching through internal knowledge to connecting work processes. Discover the application, the need and the approach.

Marketing / customer management, tickets & business knowledge
Following a takeover, a marketing company’s client base grew from 150 to 350. AITJE brought together client data, tickets, projects, invoicing information and call transcripts in a central hub. Staff can search for and chat with their business experts, with access based on their role and AI integrated into an existing Mac mini.

Power leads / 3D catalogue & workflow optimisation
AITJE built a workflow for a partner specialising in contact cables that converts product data and technical drawings from WordPress into 3D models. AITJE Coder controls Blender; Three.js makes the GLB files usable on the website. Following optimisation, API costs fell from approximately €9 to €0.11–€0.18 per product.

Automotive / Voice-controlled workshop
AITJE, developed a voice-controlled application for a local garage that serves over a hundred customers a day. Six Android tablets connect mechanics to technical information, work orders and their administrative records – simply by asking.
View the approachYou can start with four to eight hours of research into the requirements, technical feasibility and approach: €300–€600, excluding VAT. This is the research phase. You will then receive a separate quote for development, testing, going live and handover. You can continue, make adjustments or stop at any stage.
AITJE Custom We can help with your questions and ideas regarding AI: automation, integrations, apps for mobile, desktop or tablet, AI agents and 3D/VR applications. We can also assist if you need help with existing code, workflows or prototypes. We investigate the appropriate combination of local and external AI, software and infrastructure, build and test the solution, and support the roll-out. We agree on the scope, hours and budget in advance for each phase.
Yes. You don’t need to choose a model, platform or server just yet. Tell us what you’re currently doing, what you’d like to change and what challenges you’re facing. We’ll help you define the problem clearly and choose a feasible first step. This could start with research, a small automation project or support for something you’re already using.
These can form part of the solution, just like Make, OpenRouter, local models, Ollama, vLLM and other tools. We choose what suits your task, data, existing systems and budget. An external service has its own terms and usage costs; we make it clear which components run locally and which data is transferred externally.
Yes, that is possible within an agreed Custom project. Examples include an internal web app for a phone or tablet, a desktop tool, an interactive product model, visual data visualisation or a digital character for explanation and training. We assess the desired functionality, devices, data and feasibility before providing a quote for development.
Yes. We can review existing code and your working methods, investigate errors, improve the setup and help make your prototype usable. We can also look into rising model costs, endless debugging and missing integrations. We’ll agree first on which code and tasks to review and what budget is available.
We investigate which configuration is suitable for your situation. Local model steps can run without external token costs and process data within your own environment. Hardware, electricity, server hire and management are, however, factored in. We incorporate access rights, minimal data sharing, controls and any external integrations into the design. We compare the options rather than promising a fixed saving in advance.
No. ‘Custom’ can refer to a new application, but also to an existing approach with a different setup, integration or interface. The key point is that the solution is developed specifically for your work. Reusable components can shorten the process.
If ‘Assistent’, ‘Coder’ or an existing solution already meets your needs, AITJE will discuss that option with you. For installation only or a targeted improvement, Installation and setup and Optimisation are available. ‘Custom’ is suitable when various components together form a specific project.
For each phase, you agree on the scope of work, expected hours and the available budget. AITJE tracks progress and discusses what still needs to be done. Any new requirements or additional hours are agreed with you first. You can adjust the scope, continue or stop at any stage.
A prototype can help to test an uncertain approach at an early stage. It then serves as an intermediate step towards the agreed solution. Finalisation, testing, commissioning and the incorporation of feedback are included in the subsequent phases of the project.
You agree in advance when users will test the solution and how their feedback will be processed. This work is covered by the hourly rate and the agreed budget. Any modifications will be retested. New features or additional rounds outside the scope will first be quoted and discussed.
Yes, provided they are suitable for the application. You do not need to own any hardware yourself in advance: we can arrange the necessary environment. Examples include a Mac mini, BOSGAME, Dell AI server or NVIDIA DGX Spark, your own server, a Hetzner VPS for suitable tasks, or GPU capacity at Nebius. The model, the task, the number of users and your budget determine what is suitable. We quote infrastructure costs separately.
The task determines the environment. The project can run locally, on an in-house or rented server, via external model APIs, or as a combination of these. AITJE takes performance, privacy, costs, speed and management into account when making that choice.
The agreed, bespoke solution tailored to the client’s needs becomes your property, including the code, configuration and documentation to be transferred. AITJE may reuse generic components and knowledge gained. Off-the-shelf AITJE products and third-party software are subject to their own terms of use.
Yes, fine-tuning is possible within a Custom project if the task and the available data are suitable for this.
That is why a project can start with research or a prototype. AITJE discusses the findings and possible alternatives before you invest further. Research and development hours already spent remain payable, even if you decide to stop.
This can be arranged via Support and maintenance or as one-off follow-up assignments. Management, new models and further development are agreed separately. You are not obliged to take out an SLA.
