The architecture
What steps are required? Which data and systems need to work together, and what can standard code handle?
Advice and analysis
From idea to a workable plan. AITJE works out the technical details, costs and checks, so you know what is needed to build it.

You have a question about AI, an idea for an application or a solution that needs to work better. AITJE will investigate what you want to achieve and work out in concrete terms how this can work within your organisation. A comprehensive AI scan is not necessary for this.
From the data and links to the choice of model and the costs. We also cover the tricky situations: what if information is missing, a model makes a mistake or an API goes down? You’ll be given clear options, a plan of action and an understanding of the hours required.
More than just a good idea
A solution must suit your work and continue to function even if things don’t go as expected. AITJE analyses the components required to meet your needs.
What steps are required? Which data and systems need to work together, and what can standard code handle?
Which model is best suited to the task? Locally, via an API or a combination of both, with a clear overview of capacity and costs.
How do you check the results? Missing data, incorrect answers and broken links should also be included in the test plan.
Who is authorised to do what? When must a person give their consent, what is logged and when does the workflow stop?
Here’s what a plan might look like
AITJE sets out how the response utilises the correct knowledge and which tasks the system is permitted to carry out.
No suitable source, an out-of-date document or a technical fault? The plan sets out when AI stops or carries on.
Test questions, desired outcomes and a limit on costs and waiting time make the assessment concrete.
How it works
What should the solution do, for whom, and when will the result be good enough? AITJE examines your process and the systems associated with it.
Whether it’s a short session or a more in-depth analysis, you agree on the scope, deliverables, rate and expected hours in advance.
AITJE It examines models, data, integrations and costs. Pitfalls, test cases and guardrails are worked out for your specific application.
You will receive the options, the approach and an estimate of the required development hours. Once you have approved the plan and the hours, AITJE can build the solution.
What you get
The level of detail depends on your enquiry. A short session provides a written summary; an analysis elaborates further on the agreed points.
Components
One specific AI enquiry, including preparation, a consultation and a brief written recommendation. Two hours’ work in total; we will agree on the duration of the consultation in advance.
€150
Targeted analysis of available invoices and usage data, with alternatives and opportunities for improvement. Estimated time: approximately three hours. We will include a basic assessment from the AI scan.
From €325
A two-hour team session featuring your own practical examples, preparation and reference material. Approximately four hours’ work in total. We will agree on the team size and topics in advance.

For a tailored consultancy session comprising a total of two hours’ work, including preparation, the consultation and a brief recommendation. A more extensive analysis will be subject to a separate hourly estimate. We will take existing findings into account; any development work will commence following your approval of a separate proposal.

E-commerce / Chargers & electronics
AITJE built a workflow for a leading Dutch online shop specialising in chargers that supplements product descriptions with technical charging data, translates them for four markets and uploads them directly back into the CMS. Without any external costs per AI token.

Development agency / Assistant, Coder & model management
AITJE set up a shared AI environment for a development agency, featuring Assistent, Coder and ten models to choose from. A shared token pool of €350 per month replaces nine subscriptions to €200. Model usage and token costs per task can be tracked via Asana.

Power leads / 3D catalogue & workflow optimisation
AITJE built a workflow for a partner specialising in contact cables that converts product data and technical drawings from WordPress into 3D models. AITJE Coder controls Blender; Three.js makes the GLB files usable on the website. Following optimisation, API costs fell from approximately €9 to €0.11–€0.18 per product.

The AI-scan takes a broad look at your entire workflow. Advice and analysis begin with a specific question. If your question is already clear, a scan is not necessary.
Yes. A tailored advisory session costs €150 excluding VAT and includes a total of two hours’ work: preparation, the consultation and a brief recommendation. For larger projects, a detailed proposal will be provided, setting out the expected hours and budget.
AITJE determines which test cases are required and how to assess whether the solution is working properly. Consider, for example, missing data, conflicting sources or a failed connection. If a prototype or model test is required for the analysis, the work and hours involved will be included in the proposal in advance.
Guardrails are limits and controls for the solution. For example, which data the AI is permitted to use, which actions an employee must approve first, how much a task may cost, and when the system must stop or switch to an alternative route. AITJE works out which controls are suitable for your application.
Yes. AITJE can draw up and implement the plan once you have approved it and agreed to the required hours. The advice does not oblige you to proceed with further work; you are also free to implement the plan yourself or with another party.
