AITJE will investigate what you want to achieve and work out in concrete terms how this can work within your organisation. A comprehensive AI scan is not necessary for this. From the data and links to the choice of model and the costs. We also cover the tricky situations: what if information is missing, a model makes a mistake or an API goes down? A more extensive analysis will be subject to a separate hourly estimate. We will take existing findings into account; any development work will commence following your approval of a separate proposal. ### Targeted advisory session One specific AI enquiry, including preparation, a consultation and a brief written recommendation. Two hours’ work in total; we will agree on the duration of the consultation in advance. €150. All prices exclude VAT. ### Cost analysis Targeted analysis of available invoices and usage data, with alternatives and opportunities for improvement. Estimated time: approximately three hours. AITJE We develop your AI enquiry into concrete advice or a workable plan. This covers the technology, choice of model, costs, pitfalls, test cases and checks. You agree the level of detail and deliverables in advance. ### What is the difference between this and the AI-scan? The AI-scan takes a broad look at your entire workflow. Advice and analysis begin with a specific question. If your question is already clear, a scan is not necessary. ### Can I hire AITJE on a one-off basis for a few hours? Yes. A tailored advisory session costs €150 excluding VAT and includes a total of two hours’ work: preparation, the consultation and a brief recommendation. For larger projects, a detailed proposal will be provided, setting out the expected hours and budget. ### Is the idea being tested as well? AITJE determines which test cases are required and how to assess whether the solution is working properly. Consider, for example, missing data, conflicting sources or a failed connection. If a prototype or model test is required for the analysis, the work and hours involved will be included in the proposal in advance. ### What are guardrails? Guardrails are limits and controls for the solution. For example, which data the AI is permitted to use, which actions an employee must approve first, how much a task may cost, and when the system must stop or switch to an alternative route. AITJE works out which controls are suitable for your application. ### Can AITJE then also build the plan? Yes. AITJE can draw up and implement the plan once you have approved it and agreed to the required hours.
