What AITJE is building
This roadmap shows where we are now and which parts we are continuing to build within AITJE.
AITJE is continuously working on development, research and tracking changes in the market. We try not to move too fast, but also not to become too slow. We keep looking for the right balance: which technology is not only interesting today, but also stable and useful for the years ahead?
2024
Q1-Q2
Research and foundation
In 2024, the focus was on technical exploration and building the base for local Edge AI.
- Deeper work on AI workflows, RAG and local models.
- Early tests with Ollama and infrastructure choices, among others.
Q3-Q4
Defining direction
In the second half of 2024, it became clear where the real product opportunities and risks were.
- More focus on cost, energy use and dependency on external AI platforms.
- The foundation was laid for a smaller and clearer product line.
2025
Q1
First product foundation
The foundation of AITJE Assistant was refined further in terms of content and positioning.
- Further development of the product foundation.
- The direction and role of the product line were worked out further.

Demos and practical feedback
The first demo versions and customer feedback made clear which direction was credible enough to continue.
- First demo versions of AITJE Assistant tested in practice.
- Practical feedback used to sharpen both product and positioning.

Narrowing the focus
The roadmap was reduced from loose ideas to a smaller and clearer whole.
- Fewer side paths, more focus on the core of AITJE.
- The product structure was prepared for a simpler story and navigation.

Preparing for 2026
By the end of 2025, the foundation was in place for a product line with clear status: what exists, what is underway and what comes later.
- The 2026 roadmap was defined based on practical experience and positioning.
- The direction for Assistant, Notetaker, Prepper and Manager became more concrete.

Assistant is in place
AITJE's core product is now clearly visible in the market.
- AITJE Assistant exists as the core product.
- AITJE Assistant+ exists as a variant with better specs and a different color.

Clear foundation
Not everything needs to be a main product. That is exactly what makes the line stronger.
- PromptPaleis already exists on promptpaleis.nl as a separate platform.
- The product line intentionally stays smaller and more product-focused.

New directions in development
From Q3 onward, attention shifts to the next expansions of the product line.
- AITJE Notetaker is aimed at Q3 2026.
- AITJE Prepper enters the test phase in Q3 2026.

From test to live
The second half of the year is about making the next live step concrete.
- AITJE Prepper is planned to go live in Q4 2026.
- AITJE Notetaker is refined further based on practical use and product goals.

Further development
The existing line is refined first before expanding again.
- Existing products are refined further in substance and usability.
- User experience and practical deployment remain leading.

AITJE Manager
The next major step is a management layer on top of the product line.
- AITJE Manager is planned for Q2 2027.
- The focus is on installing, managing and coordinating agents faster.

Expansion
After the Manager phase, attention shifts toward broadening practical deployment further.
- Continue building local agentic workflows within organizations.
- Develop practical management scenarios further.

Defining the next phase
At the end of 2027, the line is reviewed again based on product usage and real-world practice.
- Set new priorities based on product usage and feedback.
- Keep the roadmap tied to real status and concrete demand.
